In recent years the proud nation of Yugenya has gone from being a forgotten backwater to the frontline of an economic cold war between China and the West.
While some would claim that its importance was in part due to the late Generalissimo’s fearless leadership, most people agree that this positioning is mostly due to the discovery of large, rare earth metals deposits across the country.
In the latter years of the Generalissimo’s life, he used the wealth from mining these metals to expand the revolutionary guard, build a navy and establish an air force. Critics would also say he channelled much of the wealth into paranoia-fuelled schemes against imagined foes, while others would point to the undeniable expansion of Yugenya’s economy which his actions supported.
Regardless of which side of the Generalissimo’s reputation you believe, Yugenya has never been so important. The loss of the guiding hand at this time is a crisis for all party members!

"I fled the country to avoid Internal Security due to my role in a conspiracy. Then Internal Security showed up in my hotel room in America trying to recruit me to be a figure head due to my alleged parentage."
"Just thinking back to the game I'm so grateful for how kind and welcoming people were, I think every single person I interacted with I would be happy to play in a TTRPG with- perhaps a weird analogy. Especially the people I squabbled with IC, they played their role so well- I don't think I've ever had a nice of a gaming experience as this one. Massive props to the Refs- and the Internal Affairs department for taking so many lumps."
